The location of this hotel was decent, close enough to public transport options, though the surrounding area felt a bit sketchy. Walking around at night made me uneasy. The cleanliness of the room caught my attention. it felt tidy, which was a plus amidst my concerns. The lack of usable Wi-Fi frustrated me throughout my stay. The biggest letdown was the shower head. It barely worked, leaving me with thin water jets that hurt my skin. the pillows offered little support, making it tough to get a good night's sleep. The tiny beds and uncomfortable mattresses were also disappointing. I had high hopes for this hotel, but the noise from other guests kept me awake for most of my stay. The front desk didn't offer any assistance or solutions and didn't seem to care when I complained. In hindsight, the price didn't match the experience I had. I won't be returning here anytime soon.

Cozy family rooms, mini-kitchen convenience, easy access to public transport
Inconsistent Wi-Fi connection is unacceptable!!! Aged decor gives an outdated feel, and shower curtain issues create unnecessary mess!!!

Chillin' in Munich 🌍
The staff were super friendly and always made me feel welcome. The buffet breakfast had such a lekker variety! After a long day exploring, the peaceful area really helped me relax. I also loved how spacious my room was with a balcony—perfect for some sundowner vibes!
Just a bit bummed 'cause the shower wasn't so great, but it didn't ruin the whole experience for me.

Bathroom amenities could be better suited for seniors.

The location offers easy access to public transport, making exploration simple, while the in-room kitchenette proved handy for preparing meals. Though the room size was generous, the cleanliness was disappointing, with dated decor that detracted from the comfort. the noise from neighboring rooms affected my sleep quality, and the bathroom could benefit from better water pressure.

Had an amazing stay with friends! The area is great with easy access to public transport. Enjoyed the nearby 18-hole golf course and the stunning Zillertal Bike Path, perfect for biking. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was tasty with plenty of options.
One downside was that the Wi-Fi was pretty much non-usable during our stay, which was frustrating when we tried to plan our outings online.

I loved cooking a quick breakfast in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoyed the cozy vibe whenever I returned to my clean room. The leisure area with comfy couches and a TV was perfect for winding down after a busy day. The only minor bummer was that the elevator doesn't reach every floor, but it didn't take away from my great time. 👍
